London based experimental producer Nima Khaste flies solo on his debut for Tricky’s False Idols label.

As one half of electronic duo Whilk & Misky, Iranian artist Khaste’s output has fused minimalism, synth pop and blues influences, and on the ‘Formation’ release, he continues to explore genres, pulling in a myriad of sounds from African, folk, jazz and ambient in his unique brand of deep and transcendental electronica.

Khaste joins a musically progressive roster of artists currently shaping the False Idols label, including Marta, Tricky, Pari Eskandari and Dubkasm.
